R.A.P. Floor Coverings, Inc.

I had vinyl flooring put down a while back. Right a way it had a lot of bubbles under the flooring. They came out and rolled it. It still did not remove the bubbles. I started to notice a slight orange streaking (but was not sure because it was very light)and it progessed to get worse over the summer. A man came and looked at it and said it was the subflooring and since he did not put it down it was our problem. Point 1-If the subflooring was the problem why did he put it down? Point 2- Part of the flooring in front is old and part is new (room is long and narrow) and both psrts have the streaks of orange in it. The bottom area of the "L" is the old flooring and has no streaks in it! It was not rolled, and it was a seperate piece from the other flooring. I know my house is far from being a show house (it is just a farm house and the old tile and rug that was down I was tired of cleaning) But it is my house and I did not pay for them to put subpar flooring in. I know I am not rich but why is my money and house less inportant the person who is? Point 3- Why did he not telling me the warrenty would be void if I did the subflooring?
