We have reached out to the client in order  to help send the requested documents to the new lender and resolve the issue.

We are not able to complete this clients request. The loan officer was very clear with the client about setting aside the money needed to make the payment in the event the loan did not close in time. The client admitted that she was told to keep the money that she would need to make her payment so...

that if we did not get the loan done in time she could make the payment. She also admitted that she understood that making her payments on time is her responsibility. We have these conversations recorded. Adam H[redacted]
