The complainant was a student at Ranken Technical College from Fall of through Fall of The student enrolled in a Bachelor of Science degree program that is eight semesters longThe student attended seven semestersDuring this time, the student was admitted to and attending a Bachelor’s program and received federal financial aid based upon the requirements of that programSpecifically, he received federal loans according to his eligibilityHe had federal loans certified at the first, second and third year levels based upon his earned hours within the Bachelor’s DegreeA student pursuing an associate degree cannot receive third year loan limits since the associate degree is only a two year, four semester, programOnly students pursuing the bachelor’s degree can receive loans as third or fourth year students at Ranken Technical CollegeThis complainant has never declared the associate’s degree, until the decision was made that he did not want to finish the bachelor’s degreeAs a practice, Ranken Technical College does not award a lesser degree award for students who elect not finish their declared degree
The customer has stated different complaints about the car on different occasions.? We have tried several times to address the complaints.? For resolve, we? gave the option to continue to service the vehicle or? accept a full refund of all monies paid.? She has? elected to accept a full refund
