Review: I dropped off a this shirt for cleaning: http[redacted] They shirt came back with a burned area about the size of my hand. The area was noticeably yellowed, and had three holes. I took the shirt back to the cleaners, and they accused me of ruining the shirt on my own. They cited how it was no longer in the plastic wrap that a dry cleaned shirt comes back in. To expect me to detect a burn mark on the front of a shirt that is stacked amongst five others in plastic wrap is ridiculous. They claimed the shirt was old and worn out. I showed them my receipt proving that the shirt was only 2 months old. They continued to accuse me of wearing the shirt out on my own.Desired Settlement: I would like them to replace my shirt, for which I still have the receipt for.

Review: I sent in 3 blouses for drycleaning. They only returned 2 and had lost the third one. I had to call up multiple times as well as go to their shop to check on the third blouse. After more than 5 weeks, I finally managed to meet the [redacted]. I told her the price of the blouse was $300, and since they lost it, they should have a policy to refund me. They said the refund policy was 50%, however, someone had mentioned that it was $100 instead of $300. This was not what me, the owner, had said. They was very indifferent to helping me talk to the cleaner about this and also quoted $100 to the cleaner instead of $300.Desired Settlement: At least $100.
