I ordered a dipped cup and was told it would take weeksIt has now been weeks and still have not received it or a refundI've contacted Steve several times by email, Facebook messenger and textHe emailed me back once and said he was out of town and he would get back to me and never didI've tried to contact again and no responseI've ask for the cup or a refund but I've not gotten either

I ordered custom cups in January of I have emailed the company 3-times requesting a delivery dateEach time I have been told they were "backed up" and I would receive an email with a tracking number once shippedLast time I heard from them was in May of stating they were finishing up my order and the cups would be shipped shortlyI still have not received the cups, but the order amount of was deducted from my account on January 31stI want a refund OR the cups to be delivered as ordered
