Rangel Painting

Review: A $1500 deposit was given to Pepe Rangel, owner of the company, to buy materials to build a fence. After 5 days, he admitted that he was "in over his head" and that we should hire another company to complete the fence, as he could not do it. Due to problems he incurred, cutting electrical lines, water systems, and the necessity to pay another firm more to repair what he ruined, it cost us another $850. He has also refused to pick up his used wood that he painted. He has left me nasty messages and texts saying that I could do what I want regarding reporting him, as it is too low an amount for his insurance or licensing board to care. He has repeatedly told a neighbor he would return our money, but he has not, and it has been over three weeks.Desired Settlement: See Complaint Text
