In regards to the complaint received, the information given by the guest is in accurate. The guest received $off (the value of the Lobster Pot pie) as shown by the receipt for 201/3. In addition, we gave them a complimentary drink at a value of $as shown buy receipt 201/4. As
well, we comped $from another guest’s bill at the table. (All receipts from the table are attached.) Both myself and another manager went to the table several times throughout the dining experience to try and ensure the guest had a satisfactory experience, and to my knowledge the guest left satisfied. To my knowledge, there were no attempts made by the guest to reconcile any grievance after the fact. If there is any more information you may need, please let me know.
