Randy's Quality Service

Review: I have been attempting to recover my vehicle from an individual since January of this year. After I gave a final ultimatum of last Wednesday the 30th of September or I would seek legal action, I was suddenly presented with a situation where Randy's is claiming that his shop did work to my vehicle, and it has been at their lot since the 3rd of June. They are also claiming I have until the 15th of October to pay him or he will start charging me storage fees. They are now holding my vehicle until I pay an invoice in another person's name for repairs that I did not authorize. I have evidence (text messages, and witnesses that some if not all of the "repairs" were not done by or at Randy's to the vehicle on or near the date claimed.) I and several other witnesses have also seen another person driving my vehicle in late June, August, and September countering the claim made by Randy's.Desired Settlement: Randy's Quality Service, Inc. should release my vehicle to me, and if they have a valid claim for "repairs" they should go after the person named on their invoice.

Seemed to do pretty good work but my car wreaked of cigarette smoke for a week after I got it back. I called [redacted] and he kept arguing that no one [redacted] smoked in the car and if I was going to act that way that he didn't want my business. Wow. I can't recommend these guys and won't go back.
