Milro will reimburse customer amount that was originally agreed upon, $577.34. I have attached the general release that needs to be signed. Once release is signed, check will be sent out immediately

Milro agreed to pay half the bill originally presented by the homeowner. However, homeowner then wanted Milro to pay for 1/of yearly service plan which was not in original agreement. Customer stated mouse infestation due to gap in exterior piping and referred to terminex
report, however, terminex report does not mention oil tank piping or gap as the cause. Please see attached copy of check that was originally agreed upon

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and will accept with dissatisfaction? *** *** report I emailed to Andrew D*** at Milro Associates was pages long and on page it called out the oil tank -- very clear on the footprint of the house? Both the inspector and pest control person immediately called the large gap around the oil tank as a point of entry? On Nov *** Andrew D*** emailed me asking for Terminix inspector's name and contact info, which I emailed back to him and also reminded him all of that info is on *** *** report I sent him on Nov***.I emailed Andrew D*** twice and left him two phone messages between Nov *** and Nov **, there was no response to any.?
