Review: I had a "new" roof installed in 2012. I now have a ruined ceiling from leaking. I contacted Mr. Zittle and told him of the leak and he was suppose to come and look at it the following day. He did not show up and has not returned any of my subsequent calls. I had a contractor get up on the roof and look at it and was told that he thought there was rotted wood and he would probably fall thru if he walked on it. I also have a different roofing company coming to give me an estimate on damages. This is unexceptable for a "new" roof.Desired Settlement: Since it is obvious that Mr Zittle is not going to return me calls to try to fix the issue ... he should reimburse me for the "new" roof since I am now going to have to have another roof put on plus repairs made to my cathedral ceiling.
