I have a Ford Escape It is a push button start I lost a fob to start the vehicle I ordered the fob I got an Oil change tire rotation and they were supposed to activate the fob They keep telling me the website is down and they are unable to activate it I have been waiting for over a week now for the Ford website to come up
Currently, I have a loaner but I want my vehicle back
Please help me with this problem

The auto was finally fixed after 2 and a half weeks

We are still trying to program the key for [redacted]. The issue is on Ford Motor Companies side and we have calls into them for direction to get this repair done. We sent the vehicle to another Ford store and they had the same results as we did. We have to follow this process that Ford has...
