Review: he painted my deck in spring of 2014 with a paint that was for the wood that is horizontal it was not supposed to be used on the flooring of the deck. deckscape was to be used not woodscape. I tried calling him last yer to no avail. I then had Sherman Williams come out and they provided me with the stripper, revive material and stain to redo the deck. I now have to pay another individual to strip and redo the deck. on 4-6-14, I was able to speak to randy rogenski and I told him I wanted him to pay at least half of what I need to pay my new painter. and I mentioned that to him a few times. he then told me he would be out on Wednesday 4-8-14. he was a no show. as stated I told him on the phone that I wanted him to pay half he said if I told that to him one more time he was going to tell me to "ki** his a**". I now want him to pay the $500 that I owe the new painter.Desired Settlement: want the $500 to pay the new painter. did ask for half but after he told me what he did. I want it paid in full
