Joshua R redid our driveway in late 2017. The work was solid - I wouldn't give him a bad rating based on that. However, we expanded a portion of the driveway and pre-paid him $1,500 to complete the new area. He never returned - claiming the stone he'd used was no longer available. We didn't have any additional follow-ups from him.

A year later, this past October, we tried to get him to come back to complete the work. We met in person and he acknowledged he owed us the work because we'd paid him. He committed to completing the work on Nov 1. He didn't show up and has not returned my messages since. I have tried multiple times to reach him, but after he didn't show up and I asked him to either complete the work or refund my money so I could find someone else who would, he has not responded.
