Mr R came to our home on one our hotest Texas afternoons. The A/C had quit about noon. He repaired our air conditioning system and had us cooling down by 5:00 that same day! Mr R with be our A/C man from now on!!!!

Thank you Randolph heating and air for the immediate attention we received from you on the hottest Texas day of the year. Our air conditioning stopped working and we have young children. We contacted Billy R prior to the start of his work day and he, without hesitation, was at our home and started the troubleshooting process. He quickly diagnosed the issue and made every attempt to get the parts to fall under the warranty of the unit, which he did, saving us a huge amount of money.These guys are absolute professionals and trustworthy of your home and a/c needs.Their concern for their customers is genuine and they even called the next morning to follow up on the a/c and check on our family. Jeff is an amazing professional who did not waste any time figuring out the issue of our AC unit, and fixed it on the spot. He did a thorough check of our system after he repaired the unit to ensure that the unit was running efficiently. It was the first 80 degree day of the year and my ac would not come on. I called and Keith came out that day, a Saturday, and quickly had my unit up and running. Then he checked the Freon in the outside unit and the temperature drop in the house. Once he was satisfied, he also agreed to check a leak on my roommate?s washing machine. It wasn?t fixable, but he saved us an additional service charge to learn that. Then his fee was extremely reasonable. Thank you Keith- I?ll definitely be calling you again!
