I'm following up to the email you sent me letting me know that the...

business I complained about did not respond to your contact with them.
I have received a refund from this company. Sadly, they told me it was in the mail several days before I complained to the Revdex.com, which I'm assuming (when they found out Revdex.com was involved) then prompted them to send the refund.
I never want to do business with this place again and hope others are warned to be wary. BTW, they take the FULL payment up front for services, by credit card over the phone, with a service fee, (in this case a child's birthday party) and only offer a refund (if you push for it) by check. It makes me wary that they have so many people's credit card numbers as a place that does less than professional business might just do something unethical with all those numbers on hand. I also wonder if others have had this same issue I have had, but perhaps haven't reported it.
