Charged my Health Savings Account for my 26 year old son's past due balance without my knowledge or consent. Explained that he wasn't on the account at that time, charges not allowed and tax implications for me. They refuse to reverse the charges so now I have to deal with dispute and possibly small claims court. Unethical practice....

Review: I had a tooth removed at the facility and was told the price and we agreed upon this. Then when in there the surgeon recommended a bone graft to be done so we found the price and we agreed upon this price. Afterwards we were billed $600 for the bone graft and rudely were told that they never told us an amount. We do not have the money to pay this extra and this is why we agreed upon a price before the work was done. Now they are putting us into collections based upon not paying this amount they say is due. When we called to discuss we were treated rudely and for now anyone when getting dental work done and is given a price should get this in writing to protect yourself.Desired Settlement: To have this amount that they now say is owed removed since they had verbally informed me that the only amount would be paid before I left which was paid for at the office.
