Thank you for notice.  Reference ID #[redacted]This service process began  on April 17, 2015 when we did a repair on Mr. [redacted]s 150 hp Outboard Motor power trim and Mercury Marine had referenced the parts we needed to repair. In Sept, 2015 Mr. [redacted] returned with his rig, stating that we had...

not repaired the problem in April. We replaced a different part on the power trim and this did fix the problem and we charged him for the parts and labor plus we installed a Trailer Tongue Jack onto his Trailer. He complained that we should not be charging him the Labor on the second repair. Afterthe exchange of thoughts with the Shop Mgr, we refunded Mr. [redacted] the complete Labor amount on the second Invoice, even though it was more time and other work done . to his agreement to  end the process.
