I do not recommend this man to do any work at all. I was expecting a professional and what I got was a man that made me need to do ever single job I had him do over again. I own a pet resort in Frisco and all of the work he has done needs to be redone. When I had him do a $12000.00 floor job and the previous floor lasted me 10 years this floor started to come up and tear and bubble basically a week after him doing it. I told him it needs to be redone and he claims to have a guarantee which I will be filing a report based on false advertising and also based on the cost of fixing all the work he has done. He basically cost me somewhere around 25k in jobs here that now all need to be fixed. From flooring to maintenance to painting to putting tarps up over the yards. I also recommended him to another friend that owns a pet resort and she already sued him and won but he hasn’t paid back a single dollar in that court lawsuit. He basically started ignoring my calls and not showing up. Don’t use this person at all. I have pics of his work if you need to see what I’m talking about.

Did incomplete and poor work to the point we filed a small claims case against him and won in December 2017. Rande *** has not paid the judgement nor any amount on it of over $8K to-date. We are forced to move forward to attempt collection.
