I am rejecting this response because:
Obviously the file was not reviewed with much care as there were notes in the file regarding the funeral home using the wrong male "***" as opposed to the female version of "***" that should have been used the in the late 1980's This matter was brought to the cemedaries attention or eviously and should've been fixed literally decades ago You taking over took the cemetery in does not negate your responsibility, you assumed it when you bought the establishemnt But considering that the same cemetary lost YES LOST completely paid for burial plots of mine three years ago proves that your current paperwork is not being handled any better than the previous owner Profiting off of grieving individuals is an unconscionable act you should be ashamed of!
