has contacted you to dispute the labor portion of his invoice. Attached you will find proof of labor times per ***, a recognized labor time guide. Also you will see at the bottom of Invoice *** that as a courtesy of the time delay I refunded the entirety of the labor for power steering items. I find it very unreasonable to refund any money to this customer. Please find enclosed documents and call if necessary at ###-###-####
