Ms. [redacted] did place an order for a 2EZ One-Bale mover late last year and was informed that the lead time was 6-8 weeks depending on the production schedule. She provided a non-refundable deposit and was informed that once the trailer was shipped into our location, we would contact...
her to schedule a day for pick-up or delivery. Unfortunately, the manufacturer was not able to product the trailer in the time specified, but Ms. [redacted] stated to me verbally and through text messages that she still wanted the trailer and did not ask for a refund. We continued to wait for a response from the manufacturer, but no real time tables were provided and Ms. [redacted] asked to apply her deposit to a different trailer. We took a day or two to research her options at which point we contacted her with the information. It was at that time she requested a refund. I informed her I would submit a refund request and would be mailing a refund check to her when it is received. She was happy with this option and has since thanked us for our efforts.
