Luckily I was able to fully recover my payment because I used a VISA card. I'm considering further legal action given the damage she did by storing the car outside and unprotected. When I called the local sheriff and Burlington police, they confirmed I was one of several people that have complained about Diana and Ramsmoke.
Do your research on her before doing business with her. She's been sued multiple times, doesn't even show in court, gets a judgement against her. I doubt there is any money to recover - she's seems to move from person to person grifting them.
Stay away!
On 28 February, 2019, 2 wheelz customs llc recieved 2 large boxes containing motorcycles parts, to be painted by 2 wheelz customs llc. I paid for the packing costs and 2 wheelz customs llc paid for the shipping. The parts contained new 2-4 inch extended hard bags with new lids and mesh speaker grills, one new stretched fender, 2 new stretched side covers, 2 new stretched pieces for a gas tank shroud, one used motorcycle tank previously painted, one used front fender previously painted, an air horn assembly and one set of hand grips. For the next 7 months, I recieved (and still have) pages of text messages confirming that the paint was great, she even had my grips and air horn assembly powder coated at no additional cost. I then began to recieve messages that she was out of town, vehicle was broke down, death in the family, estate problems etc. When I recieved my parts back, there was nothing accomplished for the paint except for a small amount of bondo, and a large metal piece missing from my front fender. I was also missing the black speaker grills for the lids I had sent. I had intially paid a deposit as well as packing costs both to and from the place of business. Essentially I paid almost $1K to ship these items to Kenosha to just lose time and money.
We never received any speaker covers as there would be no need to send said covers as the speaker holes were in the rear of the bags. The fender was received with a notch taken out at which point the customer was made aware of and he advised it was for a modification on his bike The customer was not happy with the time frame it was taking to repair and paint his parts as he was advised that some of the body work might not be stable if moved around too much and it did essentially crack and need to be redone. Once I received threats from his friend that they would be sending hundreds of bikers to my home if I didn’t send Mr ***’s parts back ASAP the paint was stripped off the parts and sent back to the customer. All the customer was invoiced for was shipping to and from our facility. Any other expenses he has incurred were not invoiced to him from our business. He has paid us a total of $470.17 thus far. Shipping was $726.33 mostly due to customer sending parts in two oversized boxes and not pre calculating the weights and sizes for the shipping docs. My company will not be sending any refund amount as the customer was simply invoiced for shipping his parts (and wasn’t even invoiced the total shipping charges). I do not conduct business with people who threaten people or their families in order to get a desired result that no other custom bike painter is currently offering right now. I was within typical lead time for a project of this nature and way under cost for what was being performed and I chose to return parts without my work done because I felt the customer would not pay for them once we received the threats that were made. I’ve been in business for 20 plus years and never encountered a situation like this where the customer had people texting and making threats.
