I indicated to [redacted], Service Consultant, that the heat was NOT repaired. I asked her to note that in the system. She said she would. The heat was disabled & NOT...

repaired by Ramsey Subaru. I would like to have it repaired by them. I have to believe that there is a at least one competent mechanic there.

Motor Vehicle was done and customer picked up the MV docs

Review: This company advertised a vehicle- 2011 Subaru Legacy for $10887. Now everyone knows you have to pay tax and registration fees but this price quickly increased to $13000. They said they added an alarm and tires or something. Now if they are going to charge for that - it should be included in the asking price, not once you get there. It is false advertising . The car should be able to be purchased for the price advertised plus taxes and registration fees and possibly a small dealer fee of some sort. They wanted over $2000 more than was advertised. I can see tax and registration adding up to about $1000, but they added another $1000! The manager claims it is legal and is on their website somewhere , that a $499 prep fee and other fees are to be expected... but it is NOT on the page that lists the vehicle. FALSE ADVERTISING TO GET YOU IN THE DOOR. Is that what we resort to? How sad. No wonder people don't like used car salesman. The industry can not be trusted. Why they don't tell you the price outright?Desired Settlement: They not be allowed to advertise one price and when you get there, find out it's a totally different price! FALSE ADVERTISING!
