This letter is in response to the recent complaint I received from you. ID #***1.The complaint letter claims that I run anti-Democratic cartoons and that I have partisan actions. This complaint refers to a cartoon I ran in my November 24th, issue about Secretary of State Hillary
Clinton shocking the world when she was defeated in the Presidential election. It fails to mention the cartoon about President Donald Trump a Republican that ran in my December 8th, issue. I am in no way partisan to either in the Republican Party or Democratic Party. The complaintive writes they have not yet received a refund. There was no request for a refund. I am more than willing to refund their money for the months that remained on their subscription and mailed a refund on January 18, 2017.Enclosed you will find a tear sheet of both cartoons.I hope this helps in resolving this complaint.Thank you for your time and efforts
