I am responding to the Claim #[redacted] filed against Ramsay's Towing.I spoke in length with [redacted] regarding this matter.  I had stated that the damage on her front bumper/spoiler was not a result of her car being towed.  I further asked her to provide any proof that we caused the...

damage and I would be glad to discuss the matter further.  After several conversations with [redacted] regarding this matter, "In good faith", I offered to fix the damage on her vehicle at our onsite body shop.[redacted] made an appointment and never showed up or cancelled the appointment.  It was my understanding that [redacted] had reconsidered pursuing this matter any longer.Then to my surprise, I received a letter of complaint filed with your office.  I have gone out of my way to accommodate [redacted] even though the damage on her car was pre-existing and not because of any negligence. I would like this complaint to be discarded and the matter closed once and for all.
