Took my boat in for winterizationWinterization was completed as far as I know, but my boat was an absolute mess when I got it backCarpets were caked with mud, dirt around key/ignition area, interior vinyl smeared in mud and greaseI called and sent pictures of the messHe said, "Yeah, it was raining when I winterized your boat so it got muddy inside."
Absolutely unacceptable
Russ asked me what I wanted to fix the issueI told him I wanted the carpets cleaned, but he refused to agree to that in writingHe also would no longer take my calls or answer text messages after the incident, but he answered calls and texts before he got my money
