I bought and paid for 3 month pass at Ramsay Health and fitness from [redacted], I have twin 10 month old girls so only went about 6 times. Three months after my membership expired I got a bill in the mail for three months gym rent and that I lost my $40 key deposit. I was very busy with my twins so I forgot to return the key, and did right away as I would of if I had recieved a letter informing me of nearing or at the end of my membership. My husband called and asked why I never got a bill after one month and Mr. [redacted] got angry and stated that as long as we had a key then he was billing, [redacted]. [redacted] My husband said that [redacted] he will pay him one month because thats when he should of informed us of the late fee, that the key would be mail back [redacted], and he could keep the key deposit even though he was getting the key back, [redacted].The next Morning we mailed him a cheque for $35 will a letter and the gym key. [redacted].Shortly after we moved to BC, after a few months we got another bill continuing to charge us for additional months now totaling $175 and a letter saying that they were going to continue to charge us till they got their key. It was mailed a few months ago [redacted]Product_Or_Service: 3 months Gym MembershipDesired SettlementI am willing to pay for one month membership (which we mailed a cheque with the key) because after a month he should of informed me of a renewal notice, which we wouldnt of had a problem with, not three months later. He has also gotten his key back, if not that's what the '$40 dollar key deposit' was for.
