I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
This does not address the fact that they used my Credit Card without my authorization and claim I ordered a product which I did notEven though they refunded the money they STOLE from me, it does not address the fact that they did a criminal action in the first placeThey got my credit card information from another company [*** ***]]
Regards,

***-I WAS RIGHT! Find attached a copy of two emails, one showing a refund to my ***for the eBook*DVD which I NEVER orderedThe second email is'Cancellation Order for eBook', with more scamming offer, but importantly*** *** is mentioned by name which clearly links the eBook*DVD scam to them.My original order for a sample of *** *** cream was supposed to have been for $4.99,but days later, a charge for $appeared on my online bank ledger. The last two pages are from my online bank ledger showing the initial ***20*charge forsomething I did*would not orderThe last page is the refund for that charge. But what bothers me is their illegal use of my credit card info.-***
Our records indicate that the customer has already been processed for a refund on 4*4 after a call to our customer service team for the ebook . Please allow 5-7 business days from the above mentioned date for the refund to process.<*span><*span>
