First and foremost this is not my problem you are not equipped to maintain a correct shipping total per item and not as a general. You have no disclaimer on your web page stating this fact and with your company doing this willingly is fraud and you are selling to Police Officers. You should have compensated me with an additional sticker to cover the price difference or at least made each person that is charged this for a "FOREVER" Stamp an offer, for this is not my first time ordering with your company and I'm sorry I did not catch this the first time. If you are not the owner and/or president of the company than I request that they contact me and recommend a resolution in this matter. Thank you for your prompt attention in this matter and I look forward to hearing from the Owner/President within 72 hours. [redacted]

Hello [redacted], I understand your frustration. Unfortunately right now our shopping cart is only able to calculate shipping on order totals. We also sell T-Shirts so in order cover the cost of shipping for those we have to associate the cost of shipping with the cost of T-shirt totals in the cart. We are actually working on switching to a new cart so we can associate specific s/h cost to specific items instead of a global system. Hopefully in the next 3-6 months we'll be migrated to the new cart. [redacted]
