Review: I went to the shop to replace my tire, when I picked up the car I notices the check tire light was on, I called the shop and informed them the light was on. I was told that it needs to reset I was fine, I was moving out of California and explained this to him, he stated not to worry the system will reset. When I got to Arizona (where I moved) a couple of weeks later my car started shaking, a few days later the shaking was really bad I took the car into a local shop and he removed the tire and had me listen he stated that the tire pressure sensor was broke and spinning loose in the tire, he took it out of the tire and stated that the way it was bent it must have been from when they changed the tire and this is why the tire light inside the car was still on. I asked him to call Ramona tires and explain this to them he was kind enough to do so, He talked to [redacted] and [redacted] was supposed to call me on Monday. Monday came and went I ended up calling back on Wednesday and talked to [redacted] I explained the issue and he had me call another number for Firestone, they had me call the shop I called again and talked to [redacted], he indicated he would correct the issue, A few weeks went by and I never heard back so I called and talked to [redacted] again and he stated he would call [redacted] back and ask for status. Now over a month later I called again and talked to [redacted] again and he asked me to fax the receipt and he will get a check out to me ASAP to replace the Tire sensor, I fax'd the documents to [redacted] called him the next day to verify he received the documents, He stated he did and he will have a check sent out Now another month later I talked to [redacted] and he said I need to re fax the paper work [redacted] never sent I to corp. I re fax'd the documents and still have not received the the check to reimburse me for the tire $100.00 and the tire sensor $100.00.Desired Settlement: I would like for them to reimburse me for the tire that the damaged sensor ruined and I would like for them to reimburse me for the replacement for the tire pressure sensor. total of $200.00
