Review: On February 09, 2015, I spoke with [redacted] on the telephone regarding placing flowers to be delivered for a recent death. I went to the businesses on-line website and saw an arrangement that cost $50.00. I continued to read the web sites small print at the bottom of the page. There was a sentence that read that delivery was free. [redacted] explained it was the Valentine Day's week and the $50.00 arrangement would cost more due to the holiday. [redacted] also said delivery was $12.00 plus. I had [redacted] go to their website and showed him where it explained free delivery. [redacted] stated that they would lose money if they had free delivery.

What I expected to pay based on the businesses website was $50.00, [redacted] quoted me a price of over $60.00 plus. I cancelled the order after being on the telephone for approximately 10 minutes. I eventually ordered flowers through a different forest in [redacted] for $50.00.

The following day, February 10, 2015, I noticed a "Hold" on my bank account for $80.00. I am waiting to see if the charge clears with the bank.

I would not recommend this business as the prices changed from their own website then their business would not honor their websites free delivery.

I would like an apology, credit my bank account, change their website to reflect free or show their charges for delivery, and lastly honor their prices stated on their website instead of changing the prices due to holidays and special dates.Desired Settlement: I would not recommend this business as the prices changed from their own website then their business would not honor their websites free delivery.
