Review: [redacted] has been employed by me for approximately 3.5 years. Last year in 2013 I hired him to fix my side gate with two new posts and some slats to be installed. The cement did not dry well enough to make posts of the gate steady. While digging the holes for the cement and installing the cement, the main water line to my rose bushes was damaged causing water to leak everywhere in my front rose bush area. While trying to stabilize the posts, a 2x4 was nailed to the side of the house causing damages to the stucco and holes on the side of the house. A year went by without the problem being rectified. This year in early August I asked him to fix the problem at hand and he did. This time more holes were made to the side of my house, the posts were left slanted and my water line was not fixed. He instead ripped the water line completely and no water was irrigating the front rose bush. In July, I paid [redacted] $150 to trim, cut and clean up some oleander bushes and Ivy bushes I had on the side of my house. He was paid in full but the job was never completed. He refused to reimburse me a portion of the amount paid to him. He has refused to return my calls, texts and refuses to fix the damage he has made to the side gate, water line, rose bushes and holes on the stucco to the side of the house. [redacted] is now fired and highly NOT recommended for landscaping or maintenance work on anyone's house.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of $80 for the work I paid for him to fix the side gate. Plus, I would like for him to pay for a professional to fix the damages he caused to the side of the house, gate, fence, walkway, waterline and rose bushes from not being watered. He should also refund me 2/3 of $150 that I paid for a complete job to be done. He only completed 1/3 of the work.Total amount requesting $180 plus labor and materials needed to complete and fix the damage he caused.
