Initial work was completed and well done, called many times because new leaks occurred after rainstorm although assurances were made for someone to come on site to inspect and resolve no one showed. Multiple phone calls made, no answer as yet it has been almost three months.

We were very concerned about a leak that showed up at the first rainfall of the season. Mr G[redacted] came out and evaluated the problem early in the morning despite many prior commitments in this El Nino year. He quickly identified and sent his assistant to fix the problem the very next day. The next heavy rainfall fell but the roof remained rainproof.he also gave us a 3 year guarantee on the work.
