I rented a room for [redacted] on 7/20115, room #21. I showed her the room before she paid the rent. She saw the room and approved of it. She asked the price, by day $45 and by week $225. Than after 3 days she wanted a refund back; I than...

asked for the reason why, she complained about bugs from outside. I offered her another room, but she refused, and wanted. money back. She told m.e all your rooms have bugs, without looking at another room. She paid $225 dollars per week,. I refunded her back. 3 days charged at $45 dollars a day, total $135 dollars. $225 - $135 $90 dollars. $90 dollars + $5 dollars key deposit, total refund back $95 dollars. I have a certified license pest control service, Dewey Pest Control. Our #1 goal is customer satisfaction. Sh,e should have complain of any bugs the first day of seeing the bugs, not after 3 days.
