Ramjack Foundation Repair

Filed a complaint with the BBB against your company for inferior work performed on my home. Work was performed in April 2023. It is now 2024, and the issue still exist. Talked to Mr. Timothy L. Hartline over the phone and it was pretty funny to him about my situation My situation is not very funny to me. May I get someone to address and correct this issue please. William Conley, 1923 Driftwood Drive, Augusta Ga. 30909 It's been almost a year and very little has been done to handle the problem. Mr. Hartline was making different excuses as why the problem has not been corrected. Your company is well known and 1 customer wont a difference to a multi million dollar business. On their website they say “Don’t’ do it Twice, Do it Right”. In 2012 I paid Ram Jack $16,475 to fix my foundation and now they are telling me I need to pay another $7508 to fix it AGAIN!!! They certainly DIDN’T do it right the first time for me!!!
