all areas of our business. I have since hired an office manager and have purchased a Customer Relations Management software to help mitigate our growth.  As with any growing company sometimes things , or appointments will get over looked. That was the case in this scenario. Obviously we would not waste our time and resources going to do an estimate and not follow up with the potential customer on purpose.  We would like to apologize to the customer that was waiting on a estimate from us that never came. Again I have hired people and put procedures in place to avoid situations like this in the future.
