I purchased a brand new Zero Turn Lawn Mower (Gravely Lawn), and in the First Two days of Use the Lawn mower has Been giving me Problems. I have taken it back every other week since purchasing it at the end of February , and until this day I do not have it because something is wrong, making it harder to tend to my yards. The Lawn Mower is Under Warranty and I have yet to get any communication or understanding on what is going on. They are telling me that they do not know what is going on and has not offered me another Lawn Mower or my money back which I have asked for. I need help getting Information from them.
Mr *** did have an issue within two days of purchasing the unit at which time we immediately replaced the defective battery. The unit cranked instantly with no issues. Approximately two weeks later he returned with another issue and upon inspection a wire had come lose. The unit was repaired within two days. Approximately four months from the second time he brought the unit in he stated it had a hydraulic leak. The unit was missing the hydraulic fill tank cap which was causing it to leak fluid. We replaced the cap, burped the system and refilled it. During all of this we were in contact with the customer as well as the manufacturer to make sure all the repairs were completed timely and according to the manufacturer standards.
Do NOT do business with these people!
And if you do, you better bone up on your knowledge of whatever you plan to purchase
as the sales idgits probably either don't know or don't care enough to tell you about things.
All they want to do is get your money.
First time I ever put my month old truck in 4 wheel drive, it gets stuck in 4 wheel drive. I took it to a Toyota Dealership in Brandon, MS. They said It was nothing I did at all. They said my transfer case is leaking and slightly lose. And also it needs transfer cases replaced as well as connectors.
We were contacted by the customer in regards to this issue and advised him to bring the vehicle to us for repair. We even purchased the parts to make the necessary repair for him. As of this date he hasn't brought vehicle in so that we can repair it for him.
