Our records do indicate that Ms [redacted] did bring the vehicle back to have the rear door repairedOur records do not show that the vehicle has been back in our service department since the day we repaired the doorThe vehicle was purchased as warranty and Ms [redacted] signed the buyers guide stating thatTo the best of my knowledge I have never been contacted by Ms [redacted] for any of the complaintsUnless my service department diagnoses a vehicle it is hard for me to respond to any outside work that has been doneDuring any routine maintenance of a vehicle the transmission fluid should be checkedThank you [redacted] General ManagerRamey Automotive
