Review: this company had received payment from the health insurance company yet still sends me bills each month. I had spoken to two different people from the billing department. one was[redacted] and the other was[redacted]. both had stated I had no patient responsibility and the issue had arisen from them switching billing systems but I shouldn't receive any more bills yet they still keep comingDesired Settlement: all I want is a letter stating this was resolved and settled , that I in fact don't owe them anything. also I would hope that I dont receive any more bills
