I am rejecting this response because:The location says it has tried to reach out to me with no response. That is not true. We have had a couple of emails back and forth about what they should have done to notify the future hotel guests and the hotel book still stating breakfast, but nothing concrete. There has been NO mention of a refund as the response states. Should the business offer a reasonable one, I will take it; however it still irks me that they changed their policy and did not inform their future reservations of this; that is a bad business practice. The breakfast is still on the ramada website now, so I do not understand about them changing everything. The basis is they did not inform their guests when they made the decision to delete the breakfast. If the hotel ever gets back to me again I will be more than happy to listen. Thank you.
