Checked out of hotel left phone charger plugged into wall right hand side next to bed near the floor only place I could plug it in 3 hours later my phone died and I called hotel to retrieve my charger and they refused me to come back to hotel and get it they said had to log onto website to get it back,I told them I was getting on a plane and had to call ppl to pick me up I am special needs I had to have it they refused.so I had to use a complete strangers phone and log into website fill out form,and nothing it said 3 days it's been 6 now I call and they send me to house keeping and it's just voicemail nobody ever calls me backDesired SettlementI want my charger back it's expensive, or they can pay me 32.00 for the one I had to buy to replace it.Business Response We have been in contact with the guest and made sure he got his charger back. The guest stayed here at our Hotel for three nights, we refunded one night for his inconvenience and the cost of his charger. Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)even though the wrong charger was sent back to me charger had htc on the base of the charger but if company refunds one night and cost of the charger I bought that is very acceptble to me, I would be a very happy and satisfied customer and recind all of my complaints against them.
