Review: I recently stayes at Ramadan Queens. The room was so bad that I left within 3 hours. The hotel staff failed to provide any assistance.

I recently stayed at Ramadan Queens. ([redacted]) On January [redacted], 2015. The confirmation number is [redacted]. The room was so bad that I left within 3 hours. The hotel staff failed to provide any assistance. The hotel staff would pick up the phone and hear my concern but would not care to fix them. It took three hours and there was still no help. The room had filty carpet, yellow towel, dirty tub, noise. I was on teh phone for 3 hours with the third party that I used to have a room change. After a while I demanded a refund but hotel was not willing to do that. I life and l lost my money.Desired Settlement: I am seeking a full refund of my hotel stay. Also, if [redacted] reward wishes to keep me as a customer then they can offer anything in addition to that it seems necessary.
