Hello, we have had unexpected delays with this customer's project.  On 7/16/16, we attempted to complete the project and found that the required material was reassigned to a different load by our 3PL carrier.  At this point we have scheduled and confirmed with the...

customer an installation date of 7/29.  We have verified that we have the materials and are shipping them directly to the installer - at which point the installer will reconcile the material list and confirm with us.
