customer took delivery of the Trailblazer on 08/01/Before Mr*** left with his truck on 08/01/2015, we preformed an alignment and made sure the vehicle was in spec before it leftPer customer request, an additional alignment was done on 10/01/At time of delivery wiper motor
and seat trim panel were ordered which we would install at a later dateBoth the alignment and the trim panel are completed as requiredAs for the rear wiper not locking into place properly, the wiper arm might need replacedMotorcars will install a new wiper arm for the customer which should help with the arm not seating properlyThe truck was purchased with a day mile engine/drivetrain warranty onlyThe customer was asked to purchase additional coverage but declinedMr *** can schedule the wiper arm replacement at any time

Our used car manager mailed *** a vehicle key and remote He is currently attempting to get in contact with *** to resolve the other issues
