We have been in contact with guestWe get great comments on the Cleanliness of our hotel and believe this guest is simply making excuses to move to a downtown hotelNote they were advised when they left that, both by us and Orbitz, that there would not be a refund [redacted] , Owner
Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:We didn't like the service at the Ramada, and we believe that as customers it's our rights to get our money backThe no refund policy should apply just to the "no tshow up!"I found really offensive see that the owner is rejecting our request because he "believes" we are making excuses to go to Downtown?? If I wanted to stay in Downtown why I didn't book it in the first placeWe were in Austin for house hunting and we selected the Ramada because close to the area were we were considering to find an apartmentMy new employer the University of Texas will pay all moving expenses including our stay in Austin for house hunting, and he's thinking we are making excuses?His answer is unacceptable! I are in receipt of your complaint to the Revdex.com office. I understand you may have had an issue with a website when booking your reservation, however, you made the transaction through ORBITZ, paid Orbitz, and it is ORBITZ that you need to contact for a refund.Thank you, *** ***
