We disagree with the facts stated by [redacted] .Mrs [redacted] brought us vinyl covered cushions that were cracking and peeling She contracted us to replace the Vinyl Tops only of the cushions She did not want to spend additional money to replace the side panels of the cushions even though they did show some wear, tear and cracking Mrs [redacted] dropped off her cushions on 10-7-and picked them up on 10-20-and signed Customer Acceptance of Work Performed When she brought the cushions to us on Thursday 1-4-we inspected all three cushions and the tops we replaced are in perfect condition, no cracking, no peeling, no damage of any kind These cushions are constructed with a top panel and side panels, it's not one piece of vinyl that wraps all around the foam core There are seams that separate the top from the side panels.We successfully performed the work she authorized, Replace Tops with Vinyl, on ticket # [redacted] (copy attached) If she was in disagreement with the work we did Mrs [redacted] should have said something when she picked the cushions up on 10-20-and not waited three months to come in and disagree what a "Top" consisted of We stand by our statement

We disagree with the facts stated by [redacted].Mrs. [redacted] brought us 3 vinyl covered cushions that were cracking and peeling.  She contracted us to replace the Vinyl Tops only of the 3 cushions.  She did not want to spend additional money to replace the side panels of the cushions...
