This company essentially admitted responsibility when the owner met with me, looked at the damage and asked me to get a quote
It was impossible to actually see if the landscapers scratched my car as the damage was facing away from viewBut the landscapers were viewed working in the area by an independent party (neighbours), there wasn't any damage before they were there, and there was damage after they left
This company has failed to follow through with their oral promises
I am open to discussion with the company in terms of how we can get this damage repaired
