Ralston Valley RV Boat & Toy Storage

My husband and I own a *** *** *** motorhomeWe usually keep it parked at our home; but we having work done at home and needed a safe location to store it for a couple of monthsWe contacted the brand new *** *** ** *** * *** storage facility and were impressed with their
advertised services and helpful attitude on the phoneWe made arrangements to store the *** with *** and *** ***, owners of the facilityThey advertise 'pick up and delivery' and we needed this service They came to our home on Friday, June 23rd, admired our RV, and we gave them the keys to drive it down to the facility We met them there, to make sure we knew where our storage space was located They also offer washing/detailing service, which we asked them to do We also asked them to make sure the RV was locked up securely when they were finishedThey had the care, custody and control of our motorhome from 6/23/until 6/29/On Monday, 6/26, I was nearby and decided to drive over to see how it looked after they washed itI discovered damage to the upper coach body, over the drivers side The motorhome was also UNLOCKED - every door was openI took some pictures and we called *** *** to ask what happenedHe denied anything happened to the motorhome; denied that it was unlocked - said he knew it was our "baby" and that there was no damage to it when he picked it upHe states he is the only person who drove it and that he personally locked it upOn 6/we were able to move the motorhome from the facility and look at the damage more closelyThe damage appears to have been caused by driving the RV under something that scraped the topThe scrapes to the body had been painted over, with visible brush strokes; there is a light casing that was damaged - someone 'repaired' it with a drywall screw into the coach bodywork; and at least one antennae is brokenMr*** denies that anything happened while he had our motorhome and that he has simply done us a favor He has volunteered times to pay our deductible and let our insurance cover the damageWe suspect that there may be additional damage as well
