Requesting medical records - unprofessional lack of communication - No calls returned when requested on numerous occasions5/18/2015 I was sent by [redacted] to get blood work done. She stated I would receive a call back within 1 week. I called after 1 week, left a voicemail with her medical assistance requesting a call back. 4 days passed by-no call back.I called 5/29/2015 requesting the same information. Left a message with their medical records - [redacted] called me back immediately, and stated she would call [redacted] assistant and let her know my concerns. I did receive a call back from the office about 35 minutes after that with no voicemail as I did request. I even okayed them to provide the information over the phone. I have tried for almost 2 weeks to just get my results. How do you send someone for blood work - take the money for my copay (which I will be appealing with insurance as well) and than neglect to provide their patients with their medical information?Very unprofessional in my opinion. and it needs to be brought to attention. Desired SettlementI am just requesting my blood work results as well as the referrel that was recommended at the time of my visit. Possibly a refund for the inconveince of having to do all this work to get my results.To my complaint with Revdex.com, I do not recommend anyone to this office, due to the lack of communication from Cyndi Brewer.
