I stand behind my work for labor for 90 days. Customer could not af[redacted] the combined kit of sending unit and fuel pump from [redacted] garage which was 560.00 Customer chose to replace fuel pump only. Fuel pump alone was 100.00 I installed new fuel pump with old sending unit, with all new fuel lines,...
also installed seperate line for generator, Generator line goes in fuel tank by itself, and picks up fuel seperate from sending unit. If customer had complaint it should have been found before 5 mths. Customer would have had to have fuel in the coach and should have contacted me immediately. Instead the first I heard of this was the letter from your office. I called customer on 7-21-15 at 4:15. They hung up on me. I don't feel responsible for this after 5 mths. This could have been resolved had customer contacted me.Also customer just purchased this motorhome.
Review: On 02/13/2015 I called Ralph of Ralph's RV Reppair to work on my motor home, the fuel pump was out and need to be replaced, the gas tank has to be taken out, and it hold's 90 gal's, it big, I assumed he would make sure every thing was in good working order, but he didn't, he put the the new pump in and it work's good, but gas gauge dose not work, the sending is on the fuel pump assembly is the fuel tank, and the generator fuel line go's through the fuel pump assembly in to a hose in the tank, he did not put the hose back in the tank, so the generator dose not run, and the hose's on the gas fill spout have hole's in them, when I put gas in the tank they leaked, so I haft to take the tank back out to make all repair's.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my mone back
